The event Learning and teaching @York in the Coronavirus Pandemic: A conversation which took place in December 2020 brought together a group of around 80 staff and students to share experiences of teaching and learning under COVID in Autumn term 2020. This is the first of a planned series of blog postings aiming to explore some of the themes from the event, beginning with academic community building and attention to social/affective aspects of learning.
